Strawberry-Banana Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

2/3 cup reduced fat organic milk

2/3 cup light all natural coconut milk

2/3 cup organic plain yogurt, whole

1 tbsp organic flaxseed oil

1 tsp xylitol

1 scoop whey protein concentrate

1 scoop PureLean™ Fiber

1 tsp organic cinnamon, ground

1 tsp freeze-dried organic acai powder

1 tsp organic unsweetened cocoa powder

1/4 tsp buffered vitamin C powder

1/4 tsp organic clove, ground

1 cup frozen organic unsweetened strawberries

3" frozen banana

Ice cubes, as needed

Put all ingredients in a blender then mix until smooth. Add ice to make colder and xylitol (natural sugar alcohol) to make sweeter, if desired. If you suffer from lactose intolerance, you can either use lactase enzymes or replace the milk with organic unsweetened almond milk. The yogurt need not be replaced because the yogurt's bacteria naturally breakdown the milk sugar (lactose).
