Thanksgiving Breakfast Shake

Ingredients

8 oz 1% low-fat organic milk

2 oz light all natural coconut milk

2 tbsp organic plain yogurt, whole

1 tbsp organic flaxseed oil

1 tsp xylitol

½ scoop whey protein isolate

½ tsp cinnamon

1 tbsp pumpkin spice

½ cup frozen apples

½ cup unsweetened applesauce

Ice cubes, as needed
Put all ingredients in a blender then mix until smooth. Add ice to make colder and more xylitol to make sweeter, if desired.
